Nasj Holding Company

A group run on numbers

We own companies across six sectors and run them all on one set of policies and one system, so what is recorded in any company is read at the holding as it happens.

Who we are

Nasj Holding is a Saudi business group owning specialised companies in logistics, transport, real estate, contracting, supplies and technology. Each company stands on its own, with its market, team and contracts.

Who we are

01

The holding’s role is to enable, not to compete: policies are approved here, expansion is funded from here through investments recorded with their instalments, and the services not worth duplicating in every company are unified here — legal, finance, HR and IT.

02

What binds them in practice is one system: the document posts to its ledger, stock moves with its movement, half of every assessment is computed from effect, and the holding dashboard reads what the company wrote rather than what a monthly report relayed.

About

Our mission

To deliver high-quality services to exacting standards, invest in people and technology, and commit to sustainability in everything we build.

Our values

What we hold ourselves to before anyone holds us to it.

  • 01

    One number, and it holds

What we tell a client is what stands in our ledger: every invoice has its record, every obligation its entry, and no figure is written twice with two values.

  • 02

    Meeting the date

A date is a commitment, not a hope: delivery times are measured, the schedule is tracked week by week, and a client hears about a delay before it happens, not after.

  • 03

    Investing in people

Those who work with us know their entitlements and are measured by known criteria: an assessment half from effect and half from their manager’s judgement — not an opinion offered at year end.

  • 04

    Safety in the field

Sites and fleets are run safely: vehicle documents are valid, incidents are recorded and their causes addressed, and the site diary records what happened on the day.

  • 05

    Regulatory compliance

What the regulations require is done on time: tax is computed on the invoice, contract dates are watched, and statutory deadlines are counted in days rather than remembered.

  • 06

    Craft in the detail

Work is judged in its detail: an item on a bill of quantities, an order delivered on time, a line on a statement that matches what is in the account.

The group’s journey

Successive stages of growth — from a single fleet to eight companies across six sectors.

  1. Stage 1

    The start: transport and contracting

The group began with Manarco: a fleet working in transport, with contracting and real-estate work growing alongside it.

  2. Stage 2

    Expanding in real estate

Contracting and development were separated into a specialised company, and brokerage and marketing were added in a second.

  3. Stage 3

    Entering logistics

An express delivery company working under contract with merchants and businesses was added, giving the group a position in a market that grows with e-commerce.

  4. Stage 4

    Organising under a holding

The companies were brought under Nasj Holding: one set of policies, consolidated financial statements, and internal funding for expansion with instalments and dates.

  5. Stage 5

    One platform for the group

All eight companies moved onto one system reaching from document to journal entry to the holding dashboard, in three languages and two themes.

Group structure

The holding owns and the companies operate — each with its place in the structure.

Governance and compliance

Approvals with known ceilings, changes recorded and never erased, statutory deadlines counted in days. These are not slogans but rules built into the system we work in.

  1. 1

We listen and understand the need

We start with a question about the work itself: what moves, where to, at what rhythm, and what success is measured by on your side.

  2. 2

    We quote and contract clearly

A written quote with the price, both parties’ obligations and the term, leaving no clause open to two readings.

  3. 3

    We deliver with daily tracking

A named team, a daily record of what was done, and a call at the first deviation from plan rather than the last.

  4. 4

    We measure and improve

A periodic report of what was delivered, in what time and at what cost, and a review that changes the method when the numbers say it must change.
